These terms cover the La Mesa Tequila & Taco Bar guest list: email, text, and phone updates about the restaurant.
Who we are
La Mesa Tequila & Taco Bar, 325 E Jimmie Leeds Rd, Galloway, NJ 08205, (609) 757-9977. The guest list is for restaurant news only — not for booking a table. Tables are reserved on OpenTable.
What you give us
Name (optional), email address, and mobile phone number. You confirm the number is yours, or that you may sign it up.
What we send
Specials, live music, holiday hours, private-event notes, and occasional offers from La Mesa. We may use email, SMS/MMS, or a phone call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Your consent
By checking the box and joining the list, you agree to these terms and give La Mesa written permission to contact you at the email and phone number you enter, including by autodialed or prerecorded text or call. Consent is not required to buy food or drink or to reserve a table.
How to stop
Text STOP to leave SMS. Email us or call (609) 757-9977 to leave the list. You can also reply to an email with “unsubscribe.” We will remove you from that channel. You may still hear from us about a reservation you already made on OpenTable.
How we keep it
We keep your details so we can send the list and honor opt-outs. We do not sell your phone number or email. Staff see signups in the kitchen office. We may use a text or email vendor who only processes the list for us.
Changes
If these terms change, we will post the new version on this page. Keep using the list after that date means you accept the update, unless the law says we must ask again.
